Harris Public Policy Branding

Ruth Bader Ginsburg at Harris

The University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy had a new dean and bold new vision for what a policy school could do. They hired my team to develop a distinctive new visual identity, messaging, and materials that communicated their data-driven approach to doing good and getting things done.

Logo & Tagline

Harris Public Policy's mission is to develop leaders who put evidence first. Using the best science of our day, Harris students and graduates figure out what's best for society – and get it done.

Reflecting this point of view, the logo takes inspiration from data visualizations to form a C, representing the University – and the city – of Chicago.

The tagline – Social Impact, Down to a Science. – summarizes Harris's data-driven approach to driving positive social change.
